Reporting to the President, Asia, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. You will be a key advisor to senior business stakeholders and ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with management team in Southeast Asia and Taiwan to to identify strategic issues, workforce planning or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to develop solutions
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions from onboarding to offboarding, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent development and management, employee legislation, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement
- Liaise with HQ to drive strategic HR projects like talent mapping, market analysis, etc.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth in the organisation
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Human Resources professional
- In-depth acumen of local and regional manpower legislations
- Hands-on and operationally strong, with a meticulous mindset and attention to detail. Independent and proactive, with the ability to work in lean teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior business stakeholders
