about the job
You will lead a team of 4 and provide hands-on leadership and advisory for the business stakeholders within the regional office. In addition, you will:
- Lead the design and execution of regional talent development strategies, ensuring training frameworks are adapted to the cultural and economic contexts of various local subsidiaries.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful adoption.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations for the Singapore office, including recruitment, performance management, compliance, and general office administration.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, change management, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze ROI on development programs and present strategic improvement plans to senior management to resolve core operational issues.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 years experience in Human Resources, 5 years within a regional capacity
- Experience within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing and / or construction industries preferred
- Strong track record in identifying organizational issues, formulating strategic solutions, and presenting practical implementation plans to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading HRIS or HCM system implementation projects with a strong grasp of HR data analysis.
- Experienced with talent management; including succession planning, hi-po identification, talent development and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and global headquarters.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required for regional communication and reporting.
