- Facilitate workshops to capture technical recovery needs and integrate them into comprehensive runbooks.
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams to improve disaster recovery plans and overall system readiness.
- Monitor and report on IT resiliency maturity while ensuring alignment with global risk and change control processes.
skills and experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in the hands-on execution of IT disaster recovery testing and business continuity management.
