key responsibilities:
- Optimize commercial partnerships and drive revenue growth through a network of major distribution channels across the Southeast Asia region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share within the electronics category.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional distributors to ensure alignment on business objectives and operational excellence.
- Monitor channel inventory levels and sell-out data to provide accurate demand forecasts and maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Negotiate commercial terms and annual contracts to secure favorable positioning and long-term partnership sustainability.
- Identify emerging market opportunities within Southeast Asia to diversify the distributor portfolio and enhance brand reach.
qualifications and experience:
- At least five years of account management experience, specifically handling distributor networks, preferably in the Southeast Asia territory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs within the consumer technology or electronics industry.
- Strong ability to navigate diverse cultural business landscapes and build influential relationships with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data to drive commercial decision-making and territory planning.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills tailored for high-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
