A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of progressive experience in product management within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically holding a regional remit.
- Launch Excellence: Demonstrated success in designing, leading, and executing highly effective product launch strategies across diverse markets.
- Regulatory Frameworks: A solid foundational understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight with a deep understanding of market dynamics, evolving customer/patient needs, and broader healthcare industry trends.
