- Directly involve in offering after-sales support services
- Sales of Digital Products & Services
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Identify new leads and opportunities for development of DPS business
- Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area
- Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
- Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
- Ensure business objectives are met within the timeline
- Assist in providing sales forecast and market reports
- Manage the customer database
job requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in Digital Products & Services
- Certified ISO Vibration Analyst - Cat II holder is a plus
- Experience in rotating equipement will be a plus (compressor)
- Knowledge in Machine Protection & Condition Monitoring of rotating equipment will be a plus
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Jurong) - main office
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 50% - APAC)
