Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
Supporting to secure sales volume and profit targets
Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI’s
Manage the price management and sales performance management
Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability
Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence
Planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations

skills & experience required

Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Min 8 years of regional sales experience in test & measurement for Automotive, Power and Energy Ecosystems
Understand about ASEAN market (Indonesia / Phillipine / Vietnam Etc)
Good connection & access into Singapore Power (SP), Energy Market Authority (EMA) and Land Transport Agency (LTA)
Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignment if need be (40% travelling)
Comfortable with 60% basic / 40% comms payout scheme + AWS + transport allowance
