about the job
- Direct the creation and execution of specialised sourcing frameworks and compliance protocols across Southeast Asia to ensure all acquisition activities align with international quality and safety benchmarks.
- Lead the end-to-end life-cycle of vendor partnerships, from establishing rigorous selection criteria and formal bidding cycles to negotiating high-stakes, long-term contracts for mission-critical resources.
- Take full ownership of the regional procurement budget and KPIs, utilising deep financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline process workflows.
- Proactively monitor shifting market trends and supply chain vulnerabilities to develop robust mitigation plans that safeguard the organisation against procurement-related risks.
- Act as a key liaison between global business segments and local stakeholders while managing the professional growth of a regional team of procurement and order fulfilment specialists.

skills and experience required
- Min. 5 years of experience in senior procurement specifically with a focus on managing diverse markets within the ASEAN region.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
