Our client is a well known FMCG MNC with global operations. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 year contract), to join their recruitment team.

Reporting to the Regional TA Lead, you will play a key role within the TA team, managing end to end recruitment processes.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment engagements with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- Serve as a market thought leader, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on talent landscape trends
- Leverage talent market insights and data to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines
- Use broad market knowledge and creative networking to source and engage qualified candidates
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support campus recruitment efforts
- Provide expertise on internal recruitment processes and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Preferably at least 4 years of experience in relevant TA roles, ideally in-house experience, within an MNC
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations
- Regional recruitment experience would be advantageous but not a requirement

- Budget $6,000 to $8,000/month depending on work experience
- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- 1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
- Hybrid working: 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home
