You will join a strategic function focused on optimizing effective resource planning and distribution across their key technology projects across Singapore. Reporting into the Director of Service & Delivery Operations, you will:

• Partner closely with internal Service Delivery Directors on effective resource planning and allocation across all existing and upcoming projects
• Monitoring project activities and ensure organisation efficiency; assigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience and availability
• Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure alignment between available talent and upcoming pipeline demands
• Work closely with HRBPs on project related incentives, workforce distribution and elevating employee development standards across the business
• Manage New Graduate Talent and Resource Development Plans
• Manage workload distribution and utilization rates to maintain organizational efficiency and employee well-being

skills and experience required

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and / or equivalent
• Strong experience in resource management / workforce planning within the technology or systems integrator environment is a plus
• Track record in managing and forecasting talent resources for multiple projects, with a strong eye for detail and talent
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, workforce and resource allocation processes, human resources best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
