key responsibilities:
Take on a leadership role within a sophisticated fine-dining establishment to drive operational excellence and elevate service standards.
- Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring operational costs and implementing efficiency measures.
- Mentor and lead a diverse service team through regular training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain rigorous standards for health, safety, and hygiene in compliance with local regulations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and analyze business performance reports.
qualifications and experience:
- Proven expertise in leading teams within fine dining environments.
- Deep understanding of Asian Cuisine
- At least 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with a strong background in management.
- Deep understanding of international service standards and luxury hospitality protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships and team dynamics.
- Flexibility to work a comprehensive roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
