Reporting to the Rewards Lead you will play a key role in managing C&B activities and related analytical work.
- The role involves managing both annual and long-term incentive cycles, overseeing employee benefits, participating in remuneration surveys, and ensuring the integrity of HR systems and data.
- Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of annual salary reviews and performance-based incentives to maintain market competitiveness, administering long-term incentive plans such as RSP grants and share vesting, and handling corporate governance matters like annual reports.
- The position also entails managing the renewal of group insurance packages, leading salary surveys and market benchmarking, and analyzing trends in salary increments and bonus payouts.
- Additionally, the role supports the maintenance and auditing of the HRIS system.
- Collaboration with relevant departments and contributes to CSR initiatives and other ad hoc projects.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant studies
- Ideally at least 3 years of relevant C&B experience as stated above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- Meticulous and analytical, with strong communication skills
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
