about the job
I’m looking for a hands-on Robotics Systems Engineer who wants to own the end-to-end integration of a diverse fleet—from wheeled AMRs and quadrupeds to humanoids. We aren't just running scripts; we are building the on-robot adapter layer that allows autonomous fleets to operate reliably at scale.
The Mission: You are the Technical Anchor. You’ll be responsible for the full stack, bridging the gap between low-level motor drivers and high-level perception and navigation pipelines. When a robot fails in the field, you’re the one who diagnoses whether it’s a sensor sync issue, a network constraint, or a thermal limit in the actuation.
The Stack & The Challenge:
The Brains: Proficient in C/C++ and Python within a Linux environment.
The Middleware: Deep expertise in the ROS/ROS2 ecosystem.
The Hardware: Hands-on with LiDAR, IMUs, and Cameras, plus the intuition to tune PID gains and compare motor/gearbox efficiencies.
The Integration: Connecting RTOS/embedded controllers to learning-based AI policy runtimes.
Who You Are:
A "Systems Thinker": You don't just see one module; you see how the entire robot stack breathes together.
Lab & Field Ready: You’re as comfortable with a wrench and an oscilloscope as you are with a code editor.
An Engineer’s Engineer: You evaluate vendors with rigor—benchmarking capabilities and analyzing failure modes to ensure long-term maintainability.
