In this role, you will be a key contributor to the firm’s market expansion within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored risk solutions to commercial clients.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Portfolio Expansion: Actively seeking out and securing new commercial accounts to meet growth and revenue objectives.
Opportunity Identification: Collaborating with internal teams to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client bases.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining professional connections with prospective clients, existing partners, and industry contacts.
Consultative Strategy: Crafting industry-specific value propositions and sales strategies to address unique client needs.
Business Representation: Representing the firm professionally at client pitches, industry seminars, and networking events.
Pipeline Management: Managing the sales lifecycle accurately, from lead tracking to the preparation of professional business cases and tender proposals.
Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all business activities are conducted within regulatory frameworks and company risk management policies.

skills and experience required

Analytical Mindset: A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to organize complex information into clear, professional proposals.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional office setting.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Singapore commercial insurance landscape.
Bonus: Experience in project coordination or relevant professional insurance certifications will be viewed favorably.
