about the job
- Manage the full sales lifecycle across Singapore, from lead generation and active prospecting to order closure and delivery coordination
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend product improvements and drive new business development
- Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and present compelling proposals and value propositions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design competitive solution concepts and support product customization
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally within logistics, warehouse automation, or industrial solutions
- Proven track record in sales management, achieving targets
- Training given to candidate with no experience
