About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive based in Singapore to focus on driving regional sales for overseas developments. You’ll work closely with prospective buyers across Southeast Asia, promoting high-quality projects and managing the full sales process from lead generation to close.
Key Responsibilities:
... Promote international property offerings to prospective buyers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, webinars, and site discussions
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across the region
Guide buyers through the full sales cycle, from enquiry to completion
Coordinate with internal marketing, legal, and support teams
Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent post-sale service
Skills & Experience Required
2–5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or client facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pitch value propositions clearly and confidently
Independent, driven, and well-organized
Experience with regional clients or high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) is a plus
Willingness to travel for meetings and events occasionally
