Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 6 Sales Executives.
about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager to join the team! You will be primarily responsible for managing a team and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales and profitability goals for the team, ensuring they meet their sales KPIs
- Managing the sales team to ensure all facets of their roles and compliance are upheld
- Managing the showroom activities and ensuring all company standards are being adhered to closely
- Ensuring compliance with the manufacturer standards and the customers' obligations.
skills and experience required
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree Holder with proven track record within the automotive industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
