As part of their strategic expansion in Singapore, they are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead new business acquisition for a flagship exhibition. This is a pure hunter role, focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients into long-term partners.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, your responsibilities would include
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and outbound engagement.
- Develop new revenue streams via sponsorship and exhibition stand sales.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM data and forecasting.
- Lead the rebook process and monitor competitor activity to maintain market leadership.
- Attend competitor and industry events for networking and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
Skills and requirements
- Proven track record in hunter sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, or related industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in driving revenue growth and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets in a competitive environment.
