about the job
As a Sales Manager, you won't just be "selling", you’ll be a consultant to Chefs and F&B Directors.
- Drive Growth: Exceed sales targets within the Foodservice/HoReCa channel.
- Strategic Pricing: Collaborate with senior leadership to set pricing and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Relationship Management: Be the face of the company for key accounts, ensuring tailored solutions and long-term partnerships.
- Supply Chain Synergy: Work closely with Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure your clients never run out of stock.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Sales Director of Foodservice, working within a department that values collaboration and a unified approach to sales activities. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure sales strategies are perfectly aligned with overall business goals.

skills and experience required
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role, ideally within the foodservice or premium food industry, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Well-versed in various food product categories with a strong business sense.
- Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- A "can-do" spirit and the ability to thrive.
