My client is a prominent European IT Consulting company with presence in more than 25 countries globally, they specialize in IT infrastructure services, cloud computing, software development, and IT outsourcing
As part of their business expansions, they are looking for a Sales Hunter to assist in identifying , prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the SME/SMB segment locally.
The selected candidate should be comfortable with working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and building sales pipelines from the ground up.
About the company
Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities would includes
- Own the end-to-end sales process: Identify, prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close.
- Generate leads independently: Use networking, cold outreach, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of SME and mid-market clients.
- Understand client pain points: Consultatively sell IT services (managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking) by aligning solutions to business needs.
- Develop and deliver proposals: Tailor presentations and proposals to key stakeholders from IT managers to business owners and procurement leads.
- Drive revenue: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records: Track pipeline activities, sales forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with delivery teams: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation for new clients.
Skills and experience required
- Min 3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, particularly within managed services, IT support, cloud solutions, or infrastructure outsourcing.
- A proven self-starter who has consistently closed deals independently and met or exceeded revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, such as cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and server environments.
