As part of their strategic expansion into enterprise digital services, they are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to further strengthen their go-to-market capabilities and drive growth across key sectors.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities
- Actively prospecting and engaging new and existing clients to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Managing and converting sales leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Meeting and exceeding direct sales targets through strategic and consultative selling.
- Owning and evolving the direct sales framework to drive scalable growth.
- Executing on customer acquisition and account management strategies to maximize value.
- Delivering outstanding after-sales service, including solution coverage, pricing enhancements, and customization.
- Leading seamless customer onboarding and driving up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to grow account potential.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in the Technology verticals ,SI, cloud, data center, AI, telco ICT, or managed services.
- Proven sales hunter with the ability to proactively generate new opportunities and close deals.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, agile, and rapidly changing environment.
