key responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets for the Singapore market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the brand’s product lines, ensuring all company goals are met within the designated timeframe.
- Oversee and optimize distribution channels within Singapore, ensuring strong market penetration.
- Manage financial processes, including accounts receivable, and guarantee timely collection of payments.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, providing leadership with weekly reports on market trends and business performance.
- Mentor and manage a sales team, guiding them to achieve both individual and collective sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive demand and grow the customer base.
qualifications and experience:
- At least 6 years of sales experience.
- A solid understanding of the stationery sales and distribution channels, especially bookstores.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales management in Singapore.
- Excellent market acumen with the ability to understand distributor needs and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
