- Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
- Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships
- Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape
- Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director
- Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects
- Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions
- Develop and protect company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation
skills & experience required
- Master / Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural / Geotechnical Engineering
- Min 5 years’ experience in geotechnical design/ground improvement
- Prior Experience in business development in civil geotechnical environment
- Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects
