about the jobTake on a pivotal role as an SAP ABAP & Fiori Application Developer, where you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing, configuring, and building robust applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, making key decisions, and providing scalable solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
Application Development: Design and build sophisticated SAP applications tailored to meet complex business process and architectural requirements.
Technical Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead technical decision-making, manage team performance, and provide high-level problem-solving for immediate and cross-functional teams.
UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate SAP Fiori, ensuring improved user experiences and high-quality enhancements to standard Fiori applications.
Core Engineering: Develop innovative solutions using OO-ABAP, CDS, and OData to enhance core application functionality.
Code Governance: Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure alignment with development best practices.
System Performance: Apply strong HANA performance tuning and debugging techniques to optimize application efficiency and stability.
Experience: Between 4 to 6 years of professional SAP development experience.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP (OO-ABAP, ALV, User Exits, BADIs, and enhancements).
Fiori & UI5: Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori, including required depth in enhancing standard Fiori applications.
Modern SAP Concepts: Deep understanding of S/4HANA concepts, CDS views, and SAP Gateway/OData service creation (CRUDQ operations).
Interfaces: Proven experience in File-based interface development (Open Dataset, FTP/SFTP, and robust error handling).
Domain Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the HR Domain, including HR master data, payroll, time management structures, and HR security/authorizations.
Bonus Skills: Exposure to SAP Workflows is a plus.
