about the jobJoin our technical team as an SAP Basis / Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant. You will be responsible for the administration, stability, and performance of complex SAP landscapes, with a specialized focus on SAP Convergent Charging to support real-time charging processes.
Convergent Charging Administration: Manage SAP CC environments, including instance setup, configuration, and routine system refreshes.
System Optimization: Oversee pricing catalogs, charging plans, and transports while ensuring high availability for high-volume transaction processing.
Operational Support: Provide lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting for charging and integration issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with billing and integration teams to ensure end-to-end stability and support project releases.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and SOPs while ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.
SAP Basis Administration: Manage end-to-end system administration across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRD landscapes, including transports and job scheduling.
Migration Support: Facilitate SAP migration activities, specifically transitions from on-premise to cloud or RISE environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration within ECC or S/4HANA environments
Specialized Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) administration.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the SAP BRIM landscape and its integration points (CI, SOM, etc.)
Migration Skills: Experience with SAP migrations, particularly moving from on-premise to cloud or RISE.
Environment Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and database administration, with a preference for SAP HANA.
Support Availability: Ability to provide on-call or standby support for critical production issues.
