Business Solution Design: Lead the integration of advanced financial modules into the client’s ecosystem to drive tangible business results.
Advisory & Best Practices: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on industry-standard financial workflows and "Best-in-Class" processes.
End-to-End Lifecycle: Own the entire journey—from initial requirement gathering and blueprinting to realization, training, and final cutover.
Process Synthesis: Facilitate logical integration across diverse modules (including P2P and OTC) to ensure seamless end-to-end business flow.
Project Leadership: Take full ownership of stream deliverables, ensuring rigorous testing, documentation, and successful handover to support teams.
skills and experience required
The Seasoned Expert: You have a deep track record of leading multiple large-scale enterprise implementations (S/4 environment preferred).
Financial Specialist: You are a master of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and complex banking interfaces, with specific expertise in Product Costing and Intercompany models.
Methodology Driven: You are fluent in modern implementation frameworks (like Activate) and have a "bias for documentation" and issue resolution.
The Communicator: You excel at running workshops, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating technical jargon into business value.
Industry Knowledge: Experience within highly regulated sectors (such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals) and familiarity with global compliance standards like SOX is a significant plus.
