The role requires a highly organized and discreet professional to serve as an Executive Assistant and Liaison. The key function is to ensure seamless, confidential, and effective administrative and communication flow for the Director, especially regarding matters concerning the Japan HQ. This includes preparing all essential business documents in Japanese, managing the Director's internal and external coordination, and providing comprehensive logistical and administrative assistance for relocation, visa and housing coordination, onboarding, and local integration. Support the Director in managing assignments and communicating with the HQ.
skills and experience required
To excel in this role, the successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. High proficiency in Japanese (preferably JLPT level 1) languages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
