They are seeking a high-performing enterprise sales director to drive digital transformation initiatives across Singapore's private sector landscape and offering tailored IT services and platform-led solutions ranging from application modernisation and digital workplace transformation to intelligent automation and AI integration.
About the role
Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities will include
- Identify and engage prospective commercial clients across mid to large enterprises, mapping business needs to innovative IT service offerings.
- Develop and execute customised account strategies focused on applications, infrastructure platforms outsourcing (IPO), AI-enabled services, and digital workplace transformation.
- Cultivate executive relationships to understand strategic priorities and propose high-impact, scalable solutions.
- Lead and close complex enterprise deals, collaborating with internal solution architects and delivery teams to align offerings with client challenges.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, while tracking industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Deliver clear, persuasive pitches that highlight business value and innovation—not just technology specs.
- Maintain high data accuracy in CRM, providing detailed sales forecasting and progress updates.
- Represent the brand with credibility and insight, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Skills and experience required
- Min 15 years of B2B IT services sales experience, ideally with a track record of closing complex deals across diverse commercial sectors.
- Proven ability to lead solution-based sales focused on enterprise applications, end-user computing, digital mobility, cloud-based platforms, or AI solutions.
- Consultative sales style, with the ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract closure.
