Provide high-level advisory to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and leadership development.
Drive the implementation of global HR frameworks locally, ensuring they enhance operational performance and employee engagement.
Oversee intricate employee relations and change management projects to maintain a cohesive and high-performing culture.
Facilitate talent management and succession planning cycles to ensure long-term leadership stability.
Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations to the executive leadership team.
skills and experience required
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in human resources and business partnering. Prior experience in luxury retail or consumer industries is ideal.
Proven success in managing HR operations within a fast-paced, international commercial environment.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair hiring practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different functions.
