Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition coordination to payroll and data management.
This is a one year contract position and will cover key markets within the region including Singapore, China, Australia, Hong Kong and India.
- HR Administration & Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and operational processes.
- Talent Acquisition Coordination: Assist with the talent acquisition process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and communicating with candidates.
- Payroll Administration: Compile payroll data and subsequently verify the records submitted by the outsourced vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- HR Data Management: Maintain HR data, reports, and employee records for the region.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably within a regional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regional labor laws.
- Experience with outsourced payroll and HR data management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
