A local company with over 500 employees is currently recruiting a Senior HR Executive to join their HR team

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role within the HR team, managing end to end recruitment processes.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Collaborate with business units to oversee manpower planning, recruitment budgeting, cost management, and the full-cycle hiring process—including sourcing strategy development, job advertisement, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, handling work pass applications, arranging pre-employment medical screenings, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Review hiring decisions, draft salary proposals, and ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Provide ongoing HR support to business units, covering areas such as leave and benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal processes, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary issues and resolving grievances.
- Participate in recruitment initiatives, including organizing career fairs, campus hiring activities, and other talent attraction efforts.
- Contribute to the enhancement and execution of HR policies and processes related to manpower planning, recruitment, and legal compliance with local employment regulations.
- Assist in the development and review of HR policies related to staffing and employment practices.
- Participate in Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys and related activities.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management or your direct supervisor.
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations
- High volume recruitment experience would be advantageous but not a requirement

- Budget $5,000/month depending on work experience
- Office location: North-West, Singapore (Transport provided)
- Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday on-site
- Permanent role
