Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be part of a high-performing legal team to provide strategic counsel and commercial support for a growing gas and power portfolio with a focus on LNG.

Provide expert legal advice to senior management and internal stakeholders on complex commercial matters and regulatory considerations in line with corporate strategies and growth priorities.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse high-value commercial agreements and infrastructure contracts.
Manage legal risks and provide recommendations for resolving disputes or issues arising within existing commercial relationships.
Ensure compliance to internal frameworks and proactively monitor regulatory developments to ensure business practices remain compliant with evolving industry standards.

skills and experience required.

Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE, with experience in LNG or other gas assets.
Experience in driving project development or project finance transactions and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to the energy sector.
Business-centric, solutions-driven and meticulous with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in influencing senior management and navigating complex engineering, development and finance considerations.
