As part of their strategic expansion in Asia, we are seeking a creative and technically skilled Perfumer to join their state-of-the-art creation hub in Singapore. This role is focused on the vibrant and fast-growing Consumer Fragrances sector. You will be instrumental in designing the next generation of scents for leading local and multinational brands in the categories including but not limited to personal care, home care, and directly influencing what consumers across Southeast Asia experience every day.

• Lead the development of winning perfume creations by turning consumer insights into tangible fragrances for both Consumer Fragrances (Home & Personal Care) categories.
• Collaborate closely with Fragrance Development Managers, Technical, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver beneficial solutions for clients.
• Analyse market trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of raw materials and new technologies to identify opportunities for clients.
• Act as a Creative Partner to Fragrance Development Managers by co-creating fragrance strategies and nurturing key category expertise.
• Create unique fragrances by leveraging a vast palette of natural ingredients and innovative fragrance technologies.
• Mentor and guide Trainee/Junior Perfumers within the creative team.
