they are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Engineer to oversee large scale construction projects focusing on a very exciting and emerging sector.. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid technical background in managing specialized developments.
about the job
- lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to drive progress and maintain strong collaboration.
- plan and oversee all phases of the project, from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- monitor budgets and costs, address variances, and keep projects financially on track.
- develop and update project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays early.
- ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- manage communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- oversee contracts and ensure compliance with all agreed terms.
- flag risks early and put measures in place to reduce impact.
- resolve site or design issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and clients.
knowledge and skills
- degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- years of experience in managing large-scale, high-tech construction projects
- strong background in M&E-heavy projects with full-cycle project delivery
- skilled in construction software tools like Procore, Aconex, MS Project etc.
- strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- willing to relocate for projects (relocation support provided).
- PMP, LEED, RCDD, or tendering experience is a plus.
