Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this is a high-impact role responsible for partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR teams across the region. You will lead the HR agenda with a focus on commercial outcomes, workforce insights, and strategic enablement.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor and business partner to senior leadership across Southeast Asia.
- Lead HR initiatives that directly align with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals across several SEA markets, providing strong leadership and guidance.
- Use data and HR analytics to drive business decisions and workforce strategies.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships across countries and functions, ensuring HR solutions are aligned to local and regional business needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws across SEA, while supporting the implementation of global HR programs.
- Champion initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering role in a complex multinational organization.
- Demonstrated experience partnering across multiple Southeast Asian markets, experience partnering with sales-driven teams preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional HR teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across diverse cultural and functional environments.
- Commercially driven with a data-oriented approach to HR strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
