This is a strategic senior leadership position focused on driving revenue growth and strengthening the organization’s public sector footprint. As the Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong relationships with government and enterprise clients, and leading complex negotiations. A key aspect of the role involves coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed business objectives. With a primary focus on the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and achieving exceptional revenue outcomes in the public sector.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of experience in a sales leadership position, ideally within technology solutions or government/public sector-focused organizations.
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a strong capability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Experience managing complex government or public sector accounts is highly desirable.
