key job responsibilities
Sales
- Executing annual operating plans for company’s retail business mainly through the modern trade, including electronic retail channels
- Maintain and grow sales within assigned retailers
- Adjust business tactics when necessary to achieve sales target
- Initiate and manage trade marketing activities to achieve agreed ROI and sales target
- Manage sales pipelines
... Supporting Sales Activities
- Work with marketing team to develop Consumer Sales plans
- Coordinate distribution of product information to promoters/store managers and retailers
- Organize training programs for promoters/store managers and retailers
- Compile market intelligence and information.
- Quarterly report and analysis of competitive market
- Coordinate with Marketing Department on management of online and offline sales strategy
Promoters Supervision
- To ensure promoter’s performance, attendance and general discipline.
- To motivate and provide leadership in ensuring achievement of sales target
- To check and approve promoter’s monthly claims.
Retail Operation/Point-of-Sales Display
- To work with promoters on monitoring stock level in retail stores and co-ordinate stock replenishment, ensuring available stocks at the retail stores at all times.
- To work with the Marketing Department and promoters on maintenance of POS displays at selected retail stores.
- To achieve prominent locations for our displays at the retail stores.
Customer/Retailer Management
- To promote an excellent customer relationship with all our retailers, store managers; store sales assistants and end-users.
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
job requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (modern trade, channel sales, consumer sales)
