To support this transformation, they are seeking a senior commercial leader who can accelerate revenue growth, deepen market penetration, and help shape the next generation of products.
About the role
- Own end‑to‑end responsibility for revenue delivery across key markets, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets
- Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of high‑value brand and agency clients across FMCG, consumer, retail, finance, healthcare, and lifestyle sectors
- Develop multi‑year account strategies that deepen client penetration, increase share of wallet, and unlock new revenue lines
- Build trusted, senior‑level relationships with CMOs, brand directors, digital leads, media heads, and agency leadership
- Lead strategic conversations around data, insights, audience intelligence, and full‑funnel activation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, instilling a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular deal reviews, performance check‑ins, and capability development sessions
Skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of commercial experience, ideally within media, data, martech, or audience‑driven environments
- Strong network of senior marketers across FMCG, consumer brands, and agencies
- Proven track record leading a sales team with measurable revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build long‑term client partnerships and close high‑value deals
