Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, employee engagement and project management.

As the Senior Specialist, Human Resources, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including on/off-boarding, people development, as well as talent retention and engagement.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer management and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and screen candidates to present qualified pipelines to various department heads.
• Liaise with various organizations and educational institutions to hold recruitment drives and career roadshows.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring a smooth resolution to HR related issues
• Foster a positive workplace culture by facilitating engagement activities for employees across the organization.
• Spearhead HR projects, adapting to evolving organizational needs and geographical requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports to support HR and business decisions.
