This role involves providing comprehensive customer support and service coordination, managing all communications, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, and fax to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include processing financial documents (quotations and charges), managing the end-to-end service lifecycle by scheduling and coordinating Field Service Engineers and sub-contractors, and ensuring all services are completed on time. The coordinator is also responsible for meticulous documentation and record-keeping of service history, warranty claims, and service reports, preparing necessary administrative forms (e.g., purchase orders and shipping forms), and reporting service quality and account updates to management while actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and service sales.

skills and experience required
To succeed in this role, you should be a diploma holder in Business Administration or other field, with 2 years of related working experiences. You should be strong in communication skills (both written and verbal), have a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure and a fast paced environment.
