You will be responsible for executing site-wide S.H.E plans, ensuring the facility meets both corporate benchmarks and Singapore’s stringent regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities
In this dual-capacity role, you will oversee S.H.E governance, legal compliance, and terminal security.
Statutory Leadership: Act as the terminal’s Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM), and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
Operational Excellence: Drive the safety of terminal operations and implement "Must-Win-Battles" (MWBs) to achieve annual S.H.E targets.
Environmental & Health Oversight: Coordinate occupational health programs, industrial hygiene, and ensure minimal environmental impact through strict regulatory compliance.
Risk & Emergency Preparedness: Lead risk management, workplace inspections, and organize terminal-wide emergency response drills.
Stakeholder Management: Manage S.H.E training for employees and contractors, and handle the application/renewal of all S.H.E-related permits and licenses.
Reporting: Maintain rigorous records (Permit to Work, monitoring logs) and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related technical/engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of S.H.E management experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or similar heavy industries.
- MOM-Registered WSHO and SCDF-Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- Experience or ability to serve as a Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
- Strong critical thinking to identify gaps and the ability to motivate a proactive safety culture.
