Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence: Perform high-quality repairs on luxury timepieces as the primary priority.
Quality Control: Execute all repair work in strict accordance with company guidelines, technical criteria, and established methods.
Operational Precision: Utilize the company’s ERP system to track repair flows and maintain accurate documentation.
Productivity: Meet and exceed personal and team-based productivity targets as defined by the business.
Workshop Stewardship: Ensure the dedicated care, maintenance, and cleanliness of your assigned workbench, tools, and common workshop equipment.
Safety & Collaboration: Comply with workplace clothing and protective equipment standards while participating in general workshop operations.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: Holds a recognized Diploma in Watchmaking such as W.O.S.T.E.P. or an equivalent certification.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional watchmaking experience. A minimum of 3 years within a Swiss After-Sales Service environment is highly recommended.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of both quartz and mechanical movements. Skills in case/bracelet assembly and dial/hand setting are considered strong assets.
Soft Skills: Excellent concentration and superior hand-eye coordination. You are a problem-solver who can manage deadlines and understands the high expectations of luxury clientele.
Interpersonal: A team player with an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic, capable of building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
