about the job
- Take ownership of the design and project management for key mechanical and electrical engineering systems, including MVAC, electrical, lifts, fire protection, and plumbing/sanitary setups.
- Bring your expertise to life across a diverse and exciting portfolio of building projects, such as residential spaces, offices, commercial hubs, hospitals, and institutional developments.
- Get hands-on with carrying out daily design work while actively managing and overseeing the relevant M&E aspects of live construction activities.
- Collaborate closely with other experts by attending and contributing to consultants' meetings, ensuring our engineering vision aligns smoothly with the overall project goals.
requirement
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Min 4 years of experience of M&E designing & Implementation from a consultancy background
- Data Centre Project Experience will be a big plus
- Holding an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7/8 (Technician/Engineer) certification or being a Chartered/Professional Engineer (PE) is highly advantageous for electrical
