Their Singapore operations serve as a regional innovation hub, housing a cutting-edge solution on AI, IoT, and industry-specific transformation for both public and commercial sectors.
As part of continuous growth , they are seeking a seasoned and strategic sales leader to drive complex enterprise deals and champion digital transformation across the Singapore public sector
This individual contributor role calls for a strong commercial mind with the ability to hunt, shape, and close multi-million-dollar contracts while building lasting relationships with government stakeholders.
About the role
Reporting to the MD , your responsibilities would include
- Develop new government accounts and identify strategic growth opportunities aligned with national digitalisation goals.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise IT services, working closely with internal teams to shape solutions tailored to agency needs.
- Lead with insight, influencing senior government stakeholders and presenting business cases for technology adoption and service modernisation.
- Deliver on high-value contracts (typically $10M and above), managing deal structure, pricing, and negotiations.
- Maintain an accurate, forward-looking pipeline and sales forecast, aligned to organisational objectives.
- Stay sharp by tracking policy changes, market shifts, and emerging technologies affecting the public sector.
Skills and experience required
- Min 15 years of successful enterprise sales experience, including significant wins in public sector technology sales.
- Proven Sales hunter with strategic mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and political landscapes and possesses a well-established network of key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and delivering actionable market insights.
