Key Responsibilities
- Integrate human factors into RCA and FMEA studies to identify failures linked to communication, SOP adherence, and decision-making
- Establish a "Reliability Culture" where procedures are followed, deviations are reported transparently, and the organization moves from a blame culture to one of true accountability
- Design Standard Operating Models (SOMs) that unify technical procedures with human workflows and clear decision escalation protocols
- Develop competency matrices and lead on-the-job coaching to close skill gaps and implement error-prevention techniques
- Drive the behavioral shift to ensure tools like CMMS are not just "available" but are actively used and trusted by the entire team
Qualifications
- Degree in Process / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Mehcatronics engineering
- Min 8 years of experience in oil terminal storage / Oil & Gas / Refinery
- Six Sigma Super / Black Belt certified will be a plus
- Proven track record : Reduce incidents linked to human error and process failures
- Provden track record : Increase SOP compliance and the quality of incident reporting
- Comfortable to be based perm @ Karimun (Indonesia) - (1.5 hour ferry ride from Singapore ferry terminal)
