Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role is a key driver in shaping the talent landscape of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing individuals. This position offers a unique chance to influence the organization's growth trajectory through robust talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end talent management framework, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead the design and rollout of leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and line managers.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that talent strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and promote a culture of high performance and growth.
skills and experience required
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a specialized talent management role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management frameworks and programs in a large, complex organization.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong understanding of talent trends and a passion for developing people.
