about the job
This is a temporary maternity coverage position offering up to S$7,000 per month for a skilled talent acquisition professional.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process across diverse corporate and operational business portfolios
- Utilize direct sourcing techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent for professional positions
- Manage high-volume recruitment administration and screening coordination for technical and operational roles
- Partner with internal hiring managers to understand workforce demands and execute effective talent strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation within internal databases
skills and experience required.
- 5 - 8 years Proven talent acquisition experience covering both professional sourcing and operational recruitment coordination
- Demonstrated background managing recruitment for technical or engineering business domains
- Experience using modern enterprise applicant tracking systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the temporary maternity coverage period
