Client in the energy sector is looking for a Part time Team Admin to join the dynamic team. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Team Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This part-time role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic team.
about the role
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team calendars
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodations
- Prepare and submit expense claims accurately and promptly
- Assist in onboarding activities for new joiners (e.g., document preparation, logistics)
- Support procurement matters, including basic Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Maintain organised records and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team operations
Skills amd Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative or team support role
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, expense claims, and travel booking
- Exposure to onboarding and/or procurement (P2P) processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Discreet, professional, and able to manage confidential information
