about the job
- Support the key projects appointed by Managing Director SEA
- To assist Managing Director SEA to handle documents, administrative works related with customers, sales teams of SEA and distributors (business partners).
- Transfer information internally and prepare reports, statistics and analysis based on request from Managing Director SEA
- Coordinate Brand & Communication activities between HQ and subsidiaries, including Media planning, Exhibition planning, events/seminars and printing matters etc.
- Handle requests related to CRM and ensure high quality of data entries. Prepare tailored view for reporting/ monitoring/ sales meeting
- Independently handling specific projects, based on request from Managing Director SEA
- General Administration for Singapore office with business travel and accommodation
- arrangement, Conference coordination, New Year Card & calendar delivery etc.
- Cooperate with outsource accounting partner for basic bookkeeping and financial reports
- Coordinate with HQ Finance team regarding reporting matters
- Order entry for assigned sales area
- Backup for the Inside Sales function due to absence.

skills & requirement for the job
To succeed in this role, solid experience as assistant, administration, sales support and marketing will be an added advantage. You should possess tertiary education or come with 3years of relevant experience. This role is well-suited for somebody who is a problem solver, with great communication and interpersonal skills and most importantly have the ability to work independently.
