about the job
- Act as the primary bridge between regional business stakeholders and offshore technical delivery teams to drive platform enhancements.
- Lead the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, from initial gathering and validation to final stakeholder sign-off.
- Perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis to align business needs with existing system architectures.
- Manage the functional documentation process, including user stories, process flows, and localization requirements.
- Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by preparing test scenarios and guiding users through defect prioritization.

skills and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with SAP Hybris or similar enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.
Proven background in the E-commerce or Retail industry with a solid understanding of digital consumer journeys.
Strong technical literacy, including the ability to interpret API documentation (SOAP/REST), integration flows, and web technologies (Java, Angular, Microservices).
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for data visualization or analysis (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
